MLA CE week 2

Enjoyed setting up MLANO wiki, but once everyone is in, I'd like to make it private and let everyone be a writer.
difference between wiki and blog--blogs are in chronological sequence while wikis seem more amenable to organizing by subject. Despite many, many attempts, I have not been able to get the link to my wiki, MLANO wiki, to work on the class wiki. Wiki seems like a better place to share information. I am uncomfortable with the privacy issues of both, though it seems that people don't have to identify themselves on my wiki. I want to create more pages on the wiki, but haven't had a chance to play with it on the public library computers I use.

MLA CE week 1

I'm getting a bit of a late start due to a hand injury and having to use a public library computer. I was not able to get an RSS feed from PubMed into Google Reader, but I see that in the FAQs. I'm currently unemployed, but I think RSS feeds from journals and PubMed would have been useful in my former library (now closed) if the institution network would have allowed them.

MLA CE class blog

I'm going to use this blog for the MLA CE class. As I'm unemployed at the moment, I may not be able to apply the course materials to an actual library setting, but I hope to be able to do that in the near future.
